Where are you located?
We are located at Crown @ Robinson, 140 Robinson Rd, Level 3. The building is situated next to Oxley tower.
Where is the best place to park?
We always recommend to park at Oxley Tower.
What is the closest MRT?
The green line, both Tanjong Pagar and Raffles Place are conveniently located nearby, Tanjong Pagar being the closest and provides a sheltered journey the entire way. Alternatively, Telok Ayer, is also just as close, taking Exit A when you come out.
Do you provide amenities?
We provide full bathroom amenities for your convenience, so you can freshen up and head out, or back to work after your workout. We are stocked with a full range of hair, body and facial products from Kiehls
Do you provide spin shoes?
We certainly do. Upon checking in you will be able to collect your shoes complete with BOA adjustment for your convenience, taking away the stress and complications you will typically find with most shoes of this nature.
Does the trial commence when I purchase, or book my first class?
The trial pass commences when you book your first class. Our only requirement is that you book your first class within 1 week of purchase.
Do you do private classes?
We certainly do. We provide private classes outside of our scheduled timings, for all of our concept studios. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to answer any questions or arrange a site inspection.
Do you do corporate packages?
We provide corporate packages, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we will forward you our corporate information pack.
Can I pause my membership?
Indeed, you can pause your membership by letting us know at firstname.lastname@example.org we do require some form of reason and 2 weeks notice ahead of time. Understandably, things come up last minute, including medical issues, in this instance we simply require a copy of medical advice from your GP or Specialist.
What happens if I am late for class, or can no longer attend?
We always encourage members to ensure they can attend a class prior to booking, our attendance list is generally quite full, by cancelling last minute or not showing up deprives other potential participants from securing a spot. A late cancellation is considered beteween 9pm - up to 2 hours prior to the class, and a no show is considered within 2 hours prior to the class and thereafter. Please notify us, or manage your booking ahead of time.
I'm quite new to exercise, or haven't exercise in a while
Fear not! We provide a full briefing before every class to help bring you up to speed. Apart from this, we provide constant supervised direction at all times. Our main priority is your safety and we always strive to improve your confidence from the moment you walk through our doors. Rest assured you are receiving the highest tier of coaching and instruction.
I trained yesterday now my body is sore!
This is a part of the process, your body is going through an adaptation phase that will have you coming out better than ever. DOMS or Delayed onset of muscle soreness usually spans over a 72 hour period. We encourage members to stretch, rehydrate and nourish their body after they engage in any physical activity. For further information, please do not hesitate to talk to any of our specialist trainers for more specific information pertaining to you.
Is there a diet I should be following whilst partaking in classes?
We never recommend any crash diets, or fads. We will always recommend a balanced diet; specific to you. To learn more, please do not hesitate to talk to any of our specialist trainers, but advice from your GP or a qualified nutritionist is always advised.
How many times per week should I train?
Ah good question! This is relative. Frequency and intensity of exercise is relative to the individual. It usually takes time to condition your body to higher levels of intensity and/or increased frequency. We never recommend overdoing exercise, more is not necessarily better, as it may become counter productive. Reach out to any of our qualified instructors to learn more.
I've been training hard and not seeing the results I want
Our favourite question! This gives us the opportunity to spend more one on one time with our athletes and get to know them better. The solution to this may come down to a few factors and in order for us to advise your best course of action, it is a conversation best had one to one.
