How do i know what class i should be going for?

First time?
All first timers must report to our studio 10 minutes before class training.
You must attend a mandatory safety briefing which commences 5 mins before stipulated class time.
Doors will close 5 mins before class time. You will not be allowed to enter our studios if you have missed the safety brief.
Please give our coaches your full attention during the brief. This is to ensure that you are well versed in our equipment usage and studio orientation. First impression counts,m we want you to have the best experience with us!
